1. Company and scope
LogLane is provided by Sweet Phoenix Creations Pty Ltd, referred to as "Sweet Phoenix", "we", "us" or "our". These Terms of Service apply to the LogLane marketing website at sweetphoenix.co.za/loglane and the LogLane web app at loglane.sweetphoenix.co.za.
By accessing or using LogLane, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or app.
2. Use of LogLane
LogLane is a vehicle logbook, trip tracking, maintenance and reporting app. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
You must not:
- use LogLane to break any law, regulation or third-party right;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the app, accounts, systems or data;
- upload malicious code, spam or content that interferes with the service;
- copy, resell or commercially exploit LogLane without written permission from Sweet Phoenix;
- misrepresent vehicle, trip, tax, claim or maintenance records.
3. Accounts and access
Some LogLane features may require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping your login details secure and all activity under your account.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, creates security risk, violates these terms or may expose Sweet Phoenix or other users to harm.
4. Vehicle records and user responsibility
You are responsible for checking that trip entries, odometer readings, vehicle details, maintenance records, reports and exported information are accurate and suitable for your intended use.
LogLane does not provide tax, legal, insurance, accounting or compliance advice. You should confirm local requirements with a qualified professional or relevant authority before relying on records for official submissions, claims or audits.
5. Availability, changes and third-party services
We aim to keep LogLane available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability. Features may change, be improved, be paused or be removed.
LogLane may rely on third-party hosting, analytics, browsers, devices, operating systems and connectivity. We are not responsible for third-party outages, store policies, browser limitations or network failures.
6. Intellectual property
LogLane, its branding, interface, visuals, text, design, software and related materials belong to Sweet Phoenix Creations Pty Ltd or its licensors. You keep ownership of data you submit, but you give us the rights needed to host, process, display and operate that data as part of the service.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the LogLane Privacy Policy. By using LogLane, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described there.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
LogLane is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We do not promise that it will meet every requirement, produce every report needed for every jurisdiction or be free from errors.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Sweet Phoenix Creations Pty Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or claims arising from your use of or inability to use LogLane.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of LogLane after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, unless mandatory laws in your location provide otherwise.
