Security Policy
Effective Date: May 8, 2026
At Sweet Phoenix Creations Pty Ltd, the security of your financial data is our absolute highest priority. This Security Policy outlines the architectural decisions we made to protect you while using SubSlayer.
1. Client-Side Processing Architecture
SubSlayer is built entirely as a client-side application. When you provide a CSV file containing your bank statements, the file is read and processed by your own web browser using JavaScript. Your file is never uploaded to our servers, and we have no database to store it in.
2. No Data Transmission
Because the algorithm runs locally on your machine, there is zero risk of your financial data being intercepted in transit to a server, as no such transit occurs.
3. Third-Party Libraries
We use established, open-source libraries (such as PapaParse) to handle the local parsing of your CSV files. These libraries run strictly within the secure sandbox of your web browser.
4. General Website Infrastructure
While the tool itself operates locally, the static files (HTML, CSS, JS) that make up the website are hosted on secure infrastructure utilizing HTTPS encryption to prevent malicious actors from altering the code delivered to your browser.
