Sweet Phoenix Creations (Pty) Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Phoenix Quest: Real World mobile application (the “App”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children.

1. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

This App is intended for use by children under the direction of a parent or guardian.

• No Personal Information Collected: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) from children.
• No Account Creation: Users are not required to create an account or provide an email address to use the App.
• Parental Gate: Access to settings and in-app purchases is protected by a mandatory PIN-protected “Parental Gate” to ensure children cannot perform these actions independently.

2. Information Collection and Use

We prioritize your privacy by keeping your data on your device.

• Camera Data: The App uses the device camera to identify real-world objects for the scavenger hunt. Camera frames are processed locally and in real-time using on-device AI (Google ML Kit). Images are never recorded, saved, or transmitted to any server.
• Storage: Game progress, tokens earned, and unlocked rewards are stored locally on your device’s internal database.
• In-App Purchases: If you choose to purchase the “Pro” version, the transaction is handled entirely by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We only receive a confirmation of the transaction status to unlock features; we do not see your credit card or billing details.

3. Data Transmission and Internet Usage

The App requires internet access only for the following purpose:

• To communicate with the App Store / Google Play Store for processing and restoring In-App Purchases.

The App does not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising SDKs.

4. Third-Party Services

While we do not collect your data, the App uses the following third-party platform services which have their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services (Android)
• Apple App Store (iOS)
